Zvakwana operates this online retail store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. You must be legally able to make the transaction or have appropriate authorization. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, and is not a substitute for consent where required.

Product information and selection

Review each selected variant, dimensions, materials and stated included items. Images may contain props or display examples not included in the purchase. Screen settings may affect color appearance. We do not make unstated performance, compatibility, environmental or certification claims. Contact us before ordering if a detail matters to your purchase.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in USD. The checkout shows applicable taxes, shipping and total charges before submission. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if there is a genuine payment, availability, address or listing error. If an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or prompt cancellation refund; we will not substitute an item without your agreement. Shipping and changes

Our Shipping Policy describes our US service area, free Standard shipping, processing and estimated delivery. Estimates are not guarantees. We will notify you of dispatch delays and offer the choice to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a prompt refund. Request changes before dispatch; they may not be possible once shipped.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day request window after delivery, prepaid eligible returns, no restocking fee and no exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, misuse accounts, submit deceptive information or infringe others’ rights. Store design and original content are protected where applicable. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. No endorsement, affiliation or manufacturing relationship is implied unless expressly stated.

Third-party services and links

Shopify hosts the store and third parties provide payment, delivery, maps and other services. Their services may have separate terms. External links do not transfer our sales and fulfillment responsibilities to those providers or establish an endorsement.

Limitations and consumer protections

To the extent allowed by law, the website may be unavailable or contain errors, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer, product and privacy rights. We do not use these terms to remove a right required by federal or state law.

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable federal and state consumer protections remain available; we do not claim exclusive jurisdiction without a verified legal basis.
